6 DB Bench press (go up in weight each set)
8 Single arm DB row
12 Plate sit ups (hollow position) (25/15)

WOD (20 min)
“TABADA”
– 8 Rounds, 20 sec work, 10 sec rest, alternate movements –
Bottom Up Air squats
Sit ups (V-ups or GHD to scale up)
Plank hold (L-Sit to scale up)
Double unders

*Score equals total reps, scale as needed
