1000M Row (once)
10 CTB Pullups
10 DB Alt Arm Snatches
10 DB OH Alt Leg Lunges

L1: Jumping CTB Pullups, Light DB, Air Lunges
L2: Asst CTB Pullup, 30/20#
L3: 50/35#
L4: 5/3 Bar MU every other round, 70/50#
