Why the jump into CrossFit?

I started Crossfit because I needed someone to help push me to the next level. I was tired of the same traditional gym routine.

Lost over 20lbs, PR in almost every lift, reduced my back pain

What would you say is the biggest misconception about CrossFit?

The lack of focus on form when it is actually quite the opposite. The coaching encourages form and self-pacing.
