I played golf, volleyball, hike, and love doing anything outdoors and playing all sports.

Why the jump into CrossFit?

To become stronger and healthier

Getting better at the different lifts and getting stronger

You can hurt yourself easily

Bench press and box jump overs are my favorite

My least favorite is snatching and overhead squats

What advice would you give to someone looking to start CrossFit?

Take your time and don’t try to lift heavy until you have the movements down
