This class is taught once per week and focuses on specific stretches and movements that address mobility and injury prevention / rehab. Taught by a mobility expert and FMS certified coach.
This weekly class goes over the basic and fundamental movements of CrossFit, emphasizing safe and effective technique. Working on new skills and movements each week! Great for beginners!
