    A lifetime of sports and 30+ years of Olympic Weightlifting – Collegiate Competitor in the late 80’s, a few American Open Championships through the 90’s and almost to Senior Nationals in 2000. Certified Weightlifting Coach since 1996, earned CSCS in 2001, USA Track & Field Level 1 and now a few others including CrossFit. Coaching CrossFit since 2008 has widened Coach David’s base knowledge in assisting athletes building more explosive strength for a greater quantity of competitors. He specializes in planning, programming and coaching strength training athletes and fitness enthusiasts interested in improving their sports performance and general health.

    Coach David believes very strongly that practicing some of the techniques used to train competitive Olympic Weightlifters, modified for an individuals’ ability, skill, experience, and athletic goals will improve everyone’s fitness level!

    Coach David has documented improved performance in back squat, vertical jump height, conditioning, sprint speed, balance, coordination & flexibility for athletes in sports such as Basketball, Baseball, Crossfit, Football, Hockey, Martial Arts, Track and Field plus Modern Dance…. not to mention a few Weightlifters.

    Coach David is still an accomplished weightlifter himself, winning multiple Masters championships, recently the 2013 Pan American Masters Weightlifting champion in the 69kg Category.
