    Coach Josh has been a competitive athlete his entire life – from Football and Volleyball in High School to currently competing in Olympic Weightlifting. Coach Josh also served in the Navy for 5 years of active duty, MM2 (SW)- 2nd Class Petty Officer United States Navy, Machinist Mate, Surface Warfare.

    Coach Josh has been involved in and coached CrossFit for over two years. Along with his intimate knowledge of weightlifting, Josh has helped numerous members reach their goals – be it overall fitness and health or becoming more competitive in CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting.

    Coach Josh was one lift away from the podium, finishing in 4th Place at the 2013 University National Championships, 105+kg Class. Josh has also competed in CrossFit at the local level.
