Kelley is a native to San Diego, born and raised. She grew up playing a variety of sports including dance, bowling, tennis, softball, and basketball. It was no surprise that she made High School Varsity as a young freshman for softball. She lettered in basketball as well and had the option to play Softball at multiple D1 colleges, but due to injuries, she declined. She is a graduate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a BA in Criminal Justice and Minor in Business Administration. Currently Kelley works in the corporate world at Solar Turbines full-time and has recently branched out in the entrepreneurial side with a financial company as a Licensed Life Agent part time. Her days are busy! In her spare time, she enjoys sarcasm, circle time, chocolate, and proving to people that behind her RBF is actually a friendly person.
Kelley began her fitness career as a Curves Circuit Coach in 2011 where she managed and coached at the ‘gym for women’ as a full-time college student. She got her start in CrossFit in 2013 and transitioned over to Powerlifting in 2015. She knew she had found her sport when running was never in a WOD. Kelley holds an extensive resume in the short years she has competed in Powerlifting. She is a two time Nationally qualified Powerlifter and currently holds the title as number 2 in the state of powerlifting. She is a certified USAPL coach / CA state referee and is gaining experience everyday helping her teammates compete and train.
