Originally from Ohio, Megan and her husband Ryan moved to California in 2015 to live a more active, outdoor lifestyle. She enjoys hiking, biking, stand up paddle boarding, weightlifting and spending time with her adorable dog, Cali.
Megan received her first health coaching certification in 2015 and has been practicing as a health coach ever since – helping people reach their goals in weight loss, improving their diet and lifestyle, and more. She is most interested in the psychology behind healthy living, and is a believer in approaching health from all angles: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Her focus is on helping people transform their health through sustainable habit change.
