Sports / Fitness Background?
Cross Country, track n field (400m, 800m, 1600m, 3200m, 400m/Mile relay anchor-leg for both) Represented Ft. Jackson, SC Team for the Pentagon 10-Miler in Washington, DC while in the U.S. Army. Did the Triple Crown half marathon in SD. Funny story, I don’t like to run anymore.
Why did you choose Fortius?
Because they’re awesome! Needed a change in CF programming. And also for WL/PL programming.
What kind of progress have you made over the past year?
420 back squat, 515 deadlift, got sexier (in my dreams, lol)
What the biggest misconception about CrossFit?
Lots n lots of abs & booty. And scary! Need to be in shape to join. In reality, still lots of abs n booty. But not scary and everything is scale-able. Everyone can do it.
Advice for someone looking to start CrossFit?

What’s next? What are your goals for the future?
Just want to stay fit-ish. Too old for this ish to be trying to complete with the young ones. I just try to have fun and not die these days
