About Coach

2022 marks 30 years of athletics! Started my first organized sport at 6 years old and never stopped from there. Between competing on the National Team for judo and boxing in the Brigade Championships at the Naval Academy to running half-marathons and competing in CrossFit, my life has been charmed. I am thankful for my time as a competitor, but also for my time as a coach. Helping people navigate through their athletic journey is truly one of my passions. Also, I’ll stop moving when I’m dead!

Turning Point

My life is multi-faceted. I have encountered victories, heartbreaking defeats, crossroads, and more. Each have truly contributed to the person I am today and I couldn’t be more thankful. Throughout these endeavors I learned my life will thrive and flourish if.. I continually find understanding & practice patience, TALK LESS & DO MORE, and commit & focus to the task(s) at hand.
