Competition programming is a non-exclusive training program that is considered the next step beyond the general CrossFit Class and is best suited for athletes with intermediate to advanced stamina and skill sets.
In addition to the strength and WOD, the competition program includes accessory work, cardio and the occasional morning or "AM" session. Most training sessions will usually range between 1.5-2 hours and it is highly recommended that the "comp" athletes attend class at least 5 days per week.
While comp is open to ALL members, Fortius strongly suggests being able to complete most class workouts at Level 3 or higher and holds individuals responsible for knowing all the movements and how to scale them if needed.
