Every 60-minute class is portioned into three parts; warm-up, strength, and workout-of-day (WOD). The strength component is a planned progression lift that will vary in intensity week by week. Examples of strength movements are:
The WOD or conditioning portion of the workout consists of a handful of varied movements that are designed to increase your heart rate and stamina. The WOD workouts can range anywhere from three to forty minutes and are meant to push mental and physical barriers while working within your skill set and abilities.
