Free with an active membership, this one hour and 15 minute class is dedicated to developing strength and precision in traditional Olympic lifts:
Different from other Fortius classes, the Olympic Weightlifting program has a free floating structure that allows you to move at your own pace within the allotted time frame. Three times a week, members will have access to a progression based curriculum that will change in volume and intensity week over week.
Because the Olympic Weightlifting program doesn’t include cardio or WODs, athletes can expect to focus on one to two major lifts per session followed by various accessory techniques.
