Gymnastics is a one hour long, skills only session that occurs on a preprogrammed, weekly rotating schedule. Athletes will be coached through movements step-by step, from its most basic form to it’s most advanced and will be provided the opportunity to practice these skills at a focused pace.
Following sessions, athletes will have the tools to practice and develop these skills autonomously until the skill is cycled through the program once again.
