With 3 total locations in the San Diego area, you’ll always be able to find a class time that fits your schedule! We remain open throughout the day even when there are no scheduled classes so our members can enjoy more open gym time than any other facility in the San Diego area.

We are also proud to offer 58 hours per week of coached CrossFit classes and many hours per week of coached Weightlifting and Powerlifting classes with NO SIGN UP REQUIRED to attend any of our classes.

CrossFit Class Times:
Monday – Friday: 5,6,7,8,9,12am and 3,4,5,6,7pm
Saturday: 8,9,10,11am
Sunday: 8,9,10am

Open Gym Times:
Monday – Friday: 10-12pm, 1-3:30pm
Sat: 12-2pm
Sun: 11-1pm
